Thank you for being you and inspiring me in so many ways, and making us all feel welcome and comfortable. The more I work with you the more I understand that parenting is about life and how to live and cultivate relationships from a place of respect and authenticity.
This is my second year joining Ann's coaching retreat. It was lovely to reconnect with other women I knew from my group work with Ann and last year's retreat and meet new women who are committed to doing this work alongside one another. The retreat was the perfect blend of coaching and self work, relaxation (amazing massage and reiki experience), food, excursions, exercise and rest! We were cared for, connected and unplugged. For all the mom's who "just need a break," this is it! Whether you are currently working with Ann or simply looking for a time to get away, recharge, connect with yourself and other warrior mom's, move your body, rest, this is the retreat for you!
