In paying this deposit, you understand:

• This deposit is non-refundable.
• In the case where you hope to have a roommate, if a roommate cannot be found for you, you will be expected to pay the single occupancy price of your room.
• Full payment for the remainder of your trip is due by August 15th, 2024. A separate invoice will be sent to you by July 15th for your outstanding balance, except in the case a special payment plan has been agreed upon between you and Ann Kaplan.
• You assume responsibility for connecting with Ann Kaplan in the case where you want to create a special payment plan.
• Any cancellation on your part will result in loss of this deposit. Any cancellation made between July 1st, 2023 and August 15, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price.  Any cancellation received in writing between August 15, 2024  and the trip departure date will result in a total loss of retreat price including deposit.
• Ann Kaplan reserves the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the retreat minimum (if we do so the attendee’s complete investment is refunded). All cancellations must be made to Ann Kaplan in writing and any refund requests must be made in writing to Ann Kaplan within 30 days of the return date.
