What this is (and what it’s not)
This is not a personality workshop where you leave with a label and a worksheet.
This is a space where you start to see:
- Why you keep reacting the way you do (especially with your kids, your partner… yourself)
- What’s actually driving your patterns beneath the surface
- And what it looks like to move out of those patterns without forcing or fixing yourself
The Enneagram is the tool.
But the real work is awareness, presence, and what happens when you stop running the same internal loops on autopilot.
What to expect
We’ll move through a mix of:
- Teaching (the Enneagram, but in a way that actually lands)
- Guided meditation and nervous system grounding
- Journaling prompts that don’t feel like busy work
- Breakout rooms (optional, supported, not awkward)
- Spacious breaks so you don’t get overwhelmed or checked out
You won’t just be listening.
You’ll be noticing, reflecting, and actually integrating what you’re learning in real time.

- Pre-retreat support to help you identify your Enneagram Type (if you don’t already know it)
- The full 3-hour live virtual retreat
- Guided practices + reflection prompts you can come back to
